Yoga, an ancient spiritual and physical discipline of India, has found its way with every generation. Yoga is especially good for kids because it enhances their flexibility, strength, coordination and body awareness while improving their concentration, sense of calmness and relaxation.
At Citizen Care Kids playschool, we ensure children practise yoga as part of their daily curriculum for a healthy body and mind. It is also an introduction for them to the rich culture and heritage of ancient India. We have yoga instructors in the school to design programs according to the requirements of particular age-groups and train them gradually.
